There was a statement in the late 90's that went like this: "A family that prays together, stays together." In our world of chaos and confusion, that statement rings true. A family that devotes their time to prayer and studying of the word can overcome any challenge that comes their way.

Church of Jesus Christ.org states:
"Families that pray together build eternal relationships on a foundation of strength, comfort, inspiration, and love"
Prayer is an intimate way that families are bonded together and it also brings the family together with one accord. Prayer helps the family to develop one heart and one mind (Philippians 2:2) and it also teaches children to learn how to pray and develop a relationship and intimacy with God.
